Today, the sales center of the Riga Port City real estate development project Riga Waterfront opens in the Riga Passenger Port building on the Daugava embankment.
The Riga Waterfront project is conceived as a new and important core of Riga, where it is planned to build 8,000 housing units, hotels, an ice rink, a modern cruise terminal, a shopping center and recreation areas.
At the opening, the project was announced by the manager and owner of Eagle Hills Properties, Mohamed Ali Alabbar, in the presence of Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates, Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State, as well as high-ranking officials and investors from the UAE and Latvia.
